Ingredientes


 600 ml de cachaça
 600 ml de água
 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar
 Cascas de duas laranjas
 Casca de um limão
 50 g de gengibre em pedaços pequenos
 1 colher (chá) de cravo-da-índia
 1 pau de canela

Modo de preparo


1.Em uma panela grande, coloque o açúcar, as cascas de laranja e limão, o gengibre, o cravo e a canela.
2. Quando o açúcar estiver derretendo, adicione a cachaça e a água, deixando cozinhar por mais ou menos 25 minutos em fogo médio. Mantenha em fogo baixo após o preparo e sirva sempre bem quente.

Bolo de fubá com erva-doce
(Rendimento: 15 porções Tempo de preparo: 40 minutos)



Ingredientes


 3 ovos inteiros
 1 xícara (chá) de leite desnatado
 1/2 xícara (chá) de óleo
 1 xícara (chá) de fubá branco
 1 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo
 1 colher (sopa) de fermento químico
 2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar
 1 colher (chá) de erva-doce


Modo de preparo


1. Bata no liquidificador os ovos, o leite e, por último, o óleo.
2. Junte o fubá, a farinha e o açúcar.
3. Por último, vá misturando levemente com uma colher a erva-doce e o fermento.
4.
Coloque em uma forma.
5.
Leve ao forno a 160° C por cerca de 30 minutos ou até que a massa fique bem seca e macia

Cuscuz de legumes

Ingredientes


 2 colheres (sopa) de óleo
 1 cebola média picada
 5 tomates picados
 1/2 xícara (chá) de vagens picadas
 1 lata de milho
 1/2 pimentão vermelho e 1/2 pimentão verde picados
 2 xícaras (chá) de água
 1/3 de xícara (chá) de azeitonas pretas picadas
 1/2 lata de palmito picado
 1/2 lata de ervilha
 2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de milho
 1 colher (sopa) de farinha de mandioca
 Salsa e sal a gosto

Modo de preparo


1. Decore uma forma redonda com buraco no meio com azeitonas, fatias de tomate e palmito.
2.Numa panela, refogue a cebola no óleo. Acrescente os tomates e deixe ferver. Junte o milho, as vagens, os pimentões e o sal.
3. Acrescente a água e deixe cozinhar.
4.
Coloque a salsa, as azeitonas, o palmito e as ervilhas. Acrescente as farinhas, mexendo até virar
um angu. Despeje na forma e aperte bem.
